The Directorate General of Foreign Trade issued Notification No. 66/2025-26 dated 23 March 2026 restoring RoDTEP rates and value caps for all eligible export products. Exercising powers under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 and the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, the government reinstated the rates applicable as on 22 February 2026 for the period from 23 February 2026 to 31 March 2026. This notification supersedes Notification No. 60/2025-26 and its corrigendum, which had earlier restricted benefits to 50%. As a result, exporters will now receive RoDTEP benefits at full rates instead of the reduced rates. The notification clarifies that past actions under the earlier notification remain unaffected while restoring full benefits prospectively.
