In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Handbook of Procedures (Vol. I):
In Appendix – 37A giving the list of export items eligible for benefits under Vishesh Krishi and Gram Udyog Yojana, Sl.No.07 is amended to include as under: –

In respect of export of above items made from 1.4.2005 to 31.3.2006, last date of filing of applications for grant of credit shall be 31.03.2007.
