PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 23 /2009-2014
NEW DELHI: the 4th December 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14 the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments/corrections in the Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I, 2009-2014.
At the end of paragraph 4.23 of HBP, the following clause shall be added:
“In case of revalidation of advance authorization issued prior to 27.8.2009, it should be ensured that value addition is maintained at 15% (and as per details mentioned in para 4.1.6 of FTP) or as stipulated in the advance authorization, whichever is higher.”
This ssues in public interest.
