Subject: Inclusion of GIA, Israel and GIA, Japan as authorized laboratories for certification/ grading of diamonds of 0.25 carat and above-reg.
In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Director General of Foreign Trade makes the following amendments in the Hand Book of Procedures 2015-2020:
2. At the end of para 4.74 of Handbook of Procedure the following is added:
” (17) Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Israel;
(18) Gemological Institute of America (GIA), Japan.”
Effect of this Public Notice: Gemological Institute of America, Israel and Gemological Institute of America, Japan are included in paragraph 4.74 of Handbook of Procedures (2015-20) for certification/ grading of diamonds of 0.25 carat and above.
