Accordingly, importers dealing in Glufosinate and its salts under the specified tariff classifications must continue complying with the existing minimum import price requirements during the extended period. The notification does not prescribe any revised MIP amount or introduce additional import restrictions. Its primary purpose is to maintain the existing import pricing condition for the specified products until the revised expiry date. The notification has been issued with the approval of the Minister of Commerce and Industry.
