Subject: Implementation of GST in Customs–24×7 Help desk at JNCH – Reg.
A help desk for co-ordination and facilitation of Importers, Exporters, Customs Brokers and other trade members for roll out of GST in customs, is being constituted wef 01.07.2017 to 15.07.2017 or till further orders, at JNCH as under:
1) Area of Work as per PN. No. 80/2017 for the Teams
i. Bill of Entry related issues
ii. Shipping Bill and GSTIN Entity identification
iii. Export Invoice & Item
iv. Changes in Drawback Declarations
v. Container Details and Transitory Provisions for BE
vi. Levy and Collection of IGST and Declarations of CETH
vii. IGST Rates
viii. CVD Rates
ix. Compensation Cess Rates
x. NCCD Rates
xi. Other Cesses
xii. Miscellaneous
2) Date wise Allocation of Work for the Teams
From 1st July to 3rd July both Teams (1 & 2) will work and then afterwards on alternate days as mentioned below:
Team 1:- From 1st to 3rd July and then afterward on even No. of days i.e. 4 July, 6 July, 8 July on wards.
Team 2:- From 1st to 3rd July and then afterward on Odd No. of days i.e. 5 July, 7 July, 9 July on wards.

The help desk will provide 24×7 support to all concerned in regard to procedural or technical issues/problems/queries pertaining to GST in Customs.
The email ID of above GST Help desk is gsthelpdeskjnch@gmail.com. Also, e-helpline facility available on JNCH website can be used for the same.
3) A link has been created on home page of JNCH website – jawaharcustoms.gov.in, to provide all updated 4) information and material on GST in Customs, to further facilitate the trade.
4) Further, the ice gate help desk No.-1800-3010-1000, email ID- icegatehelpdesk@icegate.gov.inand ices@icegate.gov.in will also be available 24×7 for all concerned.
