Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, The Mall, Amritsar to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of-
(i) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs , ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi;
(ii) the Assistant Commissioner or Deputy Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nava Sheva, Raigad, Maharashtra,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. T.L. Verma & Company (P) Ltd., and others, issued vide F.No. 856(11)LDH/2008/7689-704 dated the 30th March, 2010 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi.
