Notification No. 59/2010–Customs (N.T.), dated 07-07-2010

Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section (5) of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Additional/Joint Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the  Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import),  New Customs House, New Delhi

(ii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nava Sheva

(iii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs, Air Cargo Complex, IGI Airport, New Customs House, New Delhi

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice pertaining to M/s. H.F. Metal Art Pvt. Ltd., Jaipur and others, issued vide F.No. 840/JPR/19-XLV/2009 dated 6^th April, 2010 by the Additional Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Jaipur Regional Unit, Jaipur.
