Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, Amritsar to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-
(i) the Additional Commissioner of Customs or Joint Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nava Sheva;
(ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Import), Nava Sheva;
(iii) the Additional Commissioner of Customs or Joint Commissioner of Customs, Inland Container Depot, Tughlakabad, New Delhi,
for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice issued to M/s. Gambhir Fabrics, Hargobind Nagar, Near Hanuman Temple, Ludhiana and others, vide F.No. 856(9)LDH/2009/Pt.II/270-280 dated the 6th February, 2010 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, B – 4, 6th Floor, Paryavaran Bhawan, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
