Notification No. 53/2010–Customs (N.T.), dated 07-07-2010,

Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority

S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import), Kolkata to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on-

(i) the Commissioner of Customs, Tuticorin;

(ii) the Commissioner of Customs (Mulund Container Freight Station and General), Mumbai

for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice issued to M/s. Bhaiya Fibres, New Delhi and others, vide F.No. 23/76/2007-DZU dated 28^th November, 2008 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
