CBIC notifies inclusion of Land Customs Stations (Bhithamore and Barhni)

Notification No. 106/2022-Customs (N.T.)| Dated: 12^th December, 2022 regarding inclusion of two Land Customs Stations (Bhithamore and Barhni) in Notification No. 208/77 -Cus (N.T.) dated 01.10.1977

G.S.R.876(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 76 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No.208/1977-Customs, dated the 1st October, 1977, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 1318, dated the 1^st October, 1977, namely:-

In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in clause (c), for the words “Gauriphanta and Dharchula”, the words “Gauriphanta, Dharchula, Bhithamore and Barhni” shall be substituted.
