FULL TEXT OF THE JUDGMENT/ORDER OF RAJASTHAN HIGH COURT
1. This writ application has been filed seeking directions to respondent State alleging inaction by the respondent State in constituting and establishing the Rajasthan Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur under Section 43 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
2. It appears that post filing of the present writ petition a notification dated 26-2-2021 has come to be issued constituting and establishing the Rajasthan Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur.
3. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present writ application except the prayer for direction to the respondent Urban Development and Housing Department to ensure that the Rajasthan Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur becomes functional at the earliest.
4. The writ application is disposed of with direction to the Government of Rajasthan, Urban Development and Housing Department to ensure that the Rajasthan Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur becomes operational at the earliest and positively by 01-04-2021.
