NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 10th September, 2021
S.O. 4145(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993, (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Financial Services) number S.O. 379 (E), dated the 9th February, 2017 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated the 9th February, 2017, namely
In the said notification, in the Table,-
(i) against serial number 1, for the entry under column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“Amritsar, Barnala, Bhatinda, Faridkot, Fatehgarh Sahib, Fazilka, Ferozpur, Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur and Jalandhar districts in the State of Punjab, the State of Himachal Pradesh and the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.”.
(ii) against serial number 3, for the entry under column (4), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“Kapurthala, Ludhiana, Mansa, Moga, Muktsar, Pathankot, Patiala, Rupnagar, Sangrur, SAS Nagar, Nawanshahr and Tarantaran districts in the State of Punjab and the Union Territory of Ladakh.”.
