As a part of Government’s Ease of Doing Business Program, MCA has come up with a new web form called SPICE Plus, replacing the existing SPICe Form.

SPICE + would offer 10 services by :-

– 3 Central government Ministries & departments

– 1 State government (Maharashtra) (Professional Tax)

This would be applicable for all new company incorporation’s w.e.f 15th February, 2020.

  • Users may either choose to submit PART-A for name reservation first and then submit PART-B for further incorporation and services choice. (or)

Users may choose both PART-A and PART-B together at one go for incorporating a new company and selecting the services.

  • Stakeholders not required to even enter SRN of the approved name as the name will be displayed on the Dashboard itself and Users can easily navigate on the name applied and move to the next service.
  • Registration for EPFO and ESIC shall be mandatory for all new companies incorporated after 15th February, 2020 and no separate Registrations shall be separately issued by the respective agencies.
  • All the new incorporated companies incorporated through SPICE + (w.e.f 15th February,2020) would also be mandatory required to apply for opening the company’s Bank Account through AGILE-PRO linked web form.

    Hello, as per the original notification, the SPICe+ form was dues to be launched on Feb 15th. It is still not out it seems. Am I right? And, if yes, by when are we expecting it to be out?

    Also, how long will the company incorporation formalities take with the SPICe+ form (realistically speaking, not the ideal)?
