PROCEEDINGS
1. Reference order No. 10/03/2021-NCLT dated 31.12.2021 and No. 10/03/2022-NCLT dated 09.01.2022.
2. Due to sudden increase of Covid 19 cases due to Omicron variant and in order to sanitise the office premises of various Benches, on account of a few Officers/staff reporting Covid Positive and Covid like symptoms due to proximity or contact there is a need to adjust the working of the NCLT benches Pan India to safeguard all concerned persons.
3. The present mode of virtual hearing and e-filing will continue as per the earlier notification dated 31.12.2021 and 09.01.2022. Now based on the suggestion given by the Members, Officers/staff of the Registry and Members of the legal fraternity Pan India the hearing of cases will be limited to urgent matters which require immediate orders.
4. All regular matters will be assigned dates by the respective benches on the basis of urgency and New applications which are filed online will be listed for hearing based on urgency to be specified. Member of the Bar are requested to cooperate. This will apply to party in person as well.
5. This procedure specified in Notification dated 31.12.2021, 09.01.2022 and this Notification will be applicable till 31st January 2022, subject to modification as and when required.
6. This issues with the approval of Hon’ble President NCLT.
