Smmary : The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), through General Circular No. 03/2026 dated 08 July 2026 (F. No. Policy-02/2/2020-CL-V-MCA), has extended the validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) from its earlier expiry date of 15 July 2026 to 31 August 2026. The Scheme was introduced to provide companies with an opportunity to complete pending statutory filings. The extension has been granted in view of capacity enhancement and restoration activities being undertaken at the data center following a fire incident on 05.06.2026. The circular states that the decision has been approved by the competent authority and has been addressed to the DGCOA, all Registrars of Companies, all Regional Directors, and all stakeholders. It also directs the E-Governance section and web contents officer to place the circular on the MCA website.

Madam/ Sir(s),
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs had introduced the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) to provide an opportunity to companies to complete pending statutory filings. The Scheme is presently valid up to 15th July, 2026.
2. In view of the capacity enhancement/restoration activities being done at data center consequent to a fire incident on 05.06.2026, it has been decided to extend the validity of the Companies Compliance Facilitation Scheme, 2026 (CCFS-2026) up to 31st August, 2026.
3. This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
