As soon as we hear about exams, especially open book exam, we start to feel buzz sound in our heads, isn’t it?

We anonymously run here and there, to & fro to make ourselves to be so precise to write answers with a impressing pattern in exam. But after doing a challenging hard-work did we always get the expected results?

So, here I am trying to reduce your stress that ” HOW TO WRITE OPEN BOOK EXAM” and sharing you some examples which one can use to start a paragraph. So, give it a read and score good.

POINTS ONE CAN USE FOR STARTING THE ANSWER:

NOTE: ONE SHOULD WRITE ANSWER IN 4 PARAGRAPHS.

PARA 1: Write the basic details i.e. name of similar case law given in module, name of the authority where case is settled, year of the case.

OPTION 1: The present case is similar to the case (name of the case and name of the authority of the case).

OPTION 2: The facts of the given case are same as (name of the case and name of the authority of the case).

PARA 2: Write about the crux of the case mentioned in Para 1 in 5-6 lines.

OPTION 1: In this case it was held that………………..

OPTION 2: On a bare reading of the judgment of………………..

PARA 3: Write facts of the case given in question.

OPTION 1: In the given case (explain facts of `the case in 7-8 lines).

OPTION 2: In the instant case (explain facts of the case in 7-8 lines).

PARA 4: Judgment/Opinion (In 2-3 lines).

OPTION 1: Applying the rationale of the above decision, It can be decided that……………

OPTION 2: In the light of the foregoing discussion we are of the view that……………

OPTION 3: In the light of the aforesaid, we are of the view that……………………
