Appoints Common Adjudicating Authority
S.O. (E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby appoints the Commissioner of Customs, The Mall, Amritsar to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on the Commissioner of Customs (Import), JNCH, Nava Sheva, Raigad, Mahrashtra for the purpose of adjudicating the matters relating to Show Cause Notice issued to M/s. Tristar Airconditioning Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 118, Industrial Area, Baddi, Dist. Solan (H.P.) and others, vide DRI F.No. 855(4)Ldh/2006/Pt-1/851-866 dated 23rd April, 2010 by the Additional Director General, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, New Delhi.
