New Delhi, the 28th January, 2015.  8, Magha, 1936 (SAKA) Notification No. 14/2015-Customs (N.T.)

S.O.275(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Notification of the Govt. of India in the Ministry of Finance, (Department of Revenue) No. 62/94 -Customs (N.T), dated the 21st November, 1994,vide S.O. 829 (E) dated the 21st November,1994,namely:-

In the said notification, in the TABLE:-

(a) against serial number 4 relating to the State of Goa, in column (3) and (4), for item (3) and entries thereto in column (4), the following shall be substituted namely: –

(1) (2) (3) (4)
“(3)Panaji” Port Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods”;

(b) against serial number 8 relating to State of Maharashtra, in item (7) occurring in column (3) relating to Revdanda Port, for the words ” Magnesite and Sulphur” occurring in column (4) the words “Magnesite, Sulphur and Rock Phosphate” shall be substituted.

Note: The Principal notification was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide notification no.62/1994-Customs (N.T.) dated 21.11.94 (S.O. 829(E), dated the 21st November, 1994 and last amended vide notification number 39/2014-Customs (NT), dated the 7th May, 2014, S.O.1224 (E) dated the 07.05.20 14.
