DGFT increases fees fee per certificate from Rs.100 to Rs. 200

The fee per certificate enhanced from Rs.100/- to Rs.200/- by amending Para 2.108 (c) (iv) of Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20. Amendment is notified by Public Notice No. 3/2015-2020 Dated the 30th April, 2021.

Dated the 30th April, 2021

Subject: Amendment in Para 2.108 (c) (iv) of Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20.

F. No. 01/93/180/28/AM-19/PC.II(B)/E-16025.—In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 and 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in Para 2.108 (c) (iv) of Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20:

Existing Para 2.108 (c) (iv) Revised Para 2.108 (c) (iv)
Fee not exceeding Rs.100 per certificate as may be prescribed by concerned agency. Fee not exceeding Rs.200/- per certificate as may be prescribed by concerned agency.

2. Effect of this Public Notice: The fee per certificate enhanced from Rs.100/- to Rs.200/-.
