In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 245BA of Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. S. O. 569(E), dated 10th June, 1987, namely:–
