Ashok Kumar Singh Vs Lifeways Infrastate Pvt. Ltd. (NAA) RERA Act, 2016 makes it mandatory for a real estate developer/promoter to maintain separate bank accounts for each of his projects registered separately under the RERA Act, 2016.
