It is hereby notified for general information that the approval of Family Planning Foundation, New Delhi, by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (New Department of Science and Technology), the prescribed authority for the purpose of clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 35 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, notified vide Notification No. 86 (F. No. 203/19/70-ITA. II), dated 20-3-1971, stands withdrawn w.e.f. 18-10-1981.
