S.O. (E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, number S.O. 2425 (E), dated the 18th September 2014, published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of india, Extra-ordinary, dated the 18th September 2014 namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
| “(3) | Shri Atul Hasmukhrai Mehta, President, Nominee of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. | Member, [nominated under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 2104″ |
