It is hereby notified for general information that the approval given under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, to the Protein Foods & Nutrition Association of India, Bombay, by notification No. 494/F. No. 203/38/73ITA-II with effect from 8-11-1973 is withdrawn with effect from 17-3-1980 on the recommendation of the prescribed authority, the Secretary, Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi.
