  1. VERY IMP DECISION.THE POLITICALLY MOTIVATED AMENDENTS ARE RIGHTLY HELD AS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.IT REALYY SURPRISING THE LAW MAKERS JUST IGNORE THE BASIC STRUCTURE AND FRAMEWORK OF OUR CONSTITUTION.
    CENTRE CAN NOT IMPOSE SUCH LAWS ON THE STATES.

    NOW ALMOST ALL COOPERATIVES HAVE AMENDED THE BYELAWS BY CONVENING SPL GEN MEETINGD OF MEMBERS.NOW IT WILL BE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.BUT WHO CARES .
