Public Notice No. 32 /2009-2014 (RE- 2010), The 15th February, 2011
Subject: Amendment in Paragraph 2.63 of Handbook of Procedures, Vol.I, 2009-2014(RE 2010) regarding issue of RCMC by Director, Handicrafts, Government of Jammu & Kashmir.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the following amendment is being made in Para 2.63 of Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I, 2009-2014(RE 2010):
Sub-Para (viii) is added to Para 2.63 as under:
“In respect of exporters of handicrafts and handloom products from the State of Jammu & Kashmir, Director, Handicrafts, Government of Jammu & Kashmir is authorized to issue Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC).”
Effect of Public Notice
The exporters of handicrafts and handloom products from the state of Jammu and Kashmir will be able to obtain RCMC from Director, Handicrafts, Govt of Jammu and Kashmir.
