The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), through Notification No. 66/2025-26-DGFT dated 23 March 2026, has restored the RoDTEP rates and value caps specified in Appendix 4R and Appendix 4RE as applicable on 22.02.2026 for all eligible export products. The restored rates will apply from 23 March 2026 to 31 March 2026. The notification has been issued under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023. It supersedes Notification No. 60/2025-26 dated 23 February 2026 and the Corrigendum dated 24 February 2026, except in respect of actions already taken or omitted before such supersession. As a result, RoDTEP benefits will be available at the rates and value caps applicable on 22 February 2026, withdrawing the earlier restriction of 50% introduced by Notification No. 60/2025-26.

Subject: Restoration of RoDTEP rates — reg.
S.O. 1855(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Para 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby notifies the following amendments in the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme:
2. Restoration of RoDTEP rates:
The RoDTEP rates and value caps as specified in Appendix 4R and Appendix 4RE, as applicable on February 22, 2026, are hereby restored with effect from February 23, 2026 to March 31, 2026 for all eligible export products.
The RoDTEP rates and value caps as specified in Appendix 4R and Appendix 4RE, as applicable on 22.02.2026, are hereby restored with effect from March 23, 2026 to March 31, 2026 for all eligible export products.
3. Supersession:
This notification supersedes Notification No. 60/2025-26 dated February 23, 2026 and the Corrigendum dated February 24, 2026 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession.
Effect of this Notification:
RoDTEP benefits shall be available at the rates and value caps as applicable on February 22, 2026, thereby withdrawing the earlier restriction of 50% notified vide Notification No. 60/2025-26 dated February 23, 2026.

The Para 2 of the Notification 66 may be read as below:

Effect of this Corrigendum:
The date of restoration of RoDTEP benefits specified in Notification No. 66 dated 23rd March 2026 is corrected in line with the decision taken by the Central Government.
