In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-09, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub section (ii) as amended from time to time and in supersession of Public Notice No. 69 (RE- 2006) dated 21.11.2006 and Public Notice No. 13 (RE-2007) dated 02.07.2007.
