The above procedure shall apply to all the schemes for which preliminary/final observations have been communicated to the mutual funds.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 4.11 of the Export & Import Policy, 1997-2002, (incorporating amendments made upto 31st March, 2001) and as amended from time to time, the following amendment may be made in the Public Notice No. 48 ( RE-2000)/1997-2002 dated 15.12.2000 and Public Notice No. 61( RE-2000)/1997-2002 dated 13.3.2001.
