Notification No. S.O.366-Income Tax In pursuance of sub-clause (f) of clause (iii) of sub-section (3) of section 194A of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby notifies the Textile Corporation of Marathwada Limited, Aurangabad, for the purposes of the said sub-clause.
