I did file my ITR for AY 12-13 however I dont have the acknowledgement (ITR V) & i dont emailed to me by IT authorities. There is an option of password recovery by answering the secret question the answer of which I have also forgotten. I cant register again myself since my PAN is already registered.

I am facing an issue in receiving the forgotten password using the reset link provided incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/register.do?screen=showforgotpwd.
I was successful in resetting the password but I haven’t received the password to my registered mail subbumca08@gmail.com neither in my inbox nor in spam.

NAME : PALLA SUBRAMANYAM.

I have not registered my PAN on it site, though it showing that PAN already registerd. When I tried for new password the message comes that your new password will be sent on xxxxxxxx06@gmail.com, but I don’t have an gmail id. I don’t have acknowledgement no. also.
