MCA Notification –Exemption to Specified International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) Public company –under section 462 of Companies Act, 2013
Members and pensioners of the Employees’ Pension Scheme are hereby required to furnish proof of the possession of the Aadhaar number or undergo Aadhaar authentication as per the procedure laid down by the Employees Provident Fund Organisation for better and hassle free identification through Aadhaar.
An individuals registered under the Mahatma Gandhi NREGA are hereby required to furnish proof of possession of Aadhaar or undergo Aadhaar authentication.
Central Government hereby amends the import policy of the following items classified under Chapter 41 and 43 of ITC (HS), 2012 – Schedule – 1 (Import Policy), as under:
