NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India interim order dated 09.10.2020 in Miscellaneous Application(MA) No.1058/2020 in W.P.(C)No.640/2017 (arising out of impunged final judgment and order dated 13.11.2019 in W, P. 64012017) in the matter of Central Administrative Tribunal (Principal Bench) Bar Association Vs. Union of India, the Central Government hereby extends the term of following Vice President/Member in Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) till 31.12.2020, or till further order, whichever is earlier: –

Union of India., the term of Ms. Sushma Chowla, Vice President in. Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT.): Odonded for the period from 30.10.2020 till 41:12.2020 or till further orders whichever is earlier.
