How to resolve “Error in establishing connection with TRACES Websocket Esigner” on TRACES?
After following the steps mentioned in the above article, sometimes you may be facing Error occurred while DSC registration. Please try after One day. while registering DSC on the TRACES. I’ll help you out to resolve this error in simple steps through this article.
You may have followed all the steps mentioned in my previous article, contacted TRACES Helpdesk and dropped a mail on [email protected] waiting for their reply, referred some articles, YouTube videos, etc., but still the issue is not solved !!!
Actually, the problem is not with the TRACES website, provided if you have followed all the steps mentioned in the previous article. Specifically, you may face this issue at the time of registering the DSC for the first time or when you are Re-registering the DSC on the TRACES webiste. THE PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR DSC TOKEN.
Steps to resolve this error:
I have faced this issue with Pantasign DSC. I came to know that they have updated their DSC Download Utility recently and the DSC with you, may be downloaded using Old Utility.
Please contact Panta sign customer care on 8171444411 and press 2 for technical support, your call will be connected with one of the customer executives and explain that you are facing the Error occurred while DSC registration. Please try after One day on TRACES website and request them to Install Signature on DSC again using new utility.
Please be ready with the DSC token, Application Number, Name & Date of Birth of the DSC holder for the validation. No OTP of Mail and Mobile of the client is required. Simply, they will take remote access through Anydesk, they will install new DSC Download Utility on your system and they will delete the existing signature file on the token and download the signature file again using New Utility.
Now, your issue will be solved!
Alternatively, you can contact the DSC provider and ask them to re-intsall the signature file using latest utility.
