Consequent upon approval of the Competent Authority, following officers are, hereby, promoted to the grade of Commissioner of Income Tax (CIT) (level 14 in the pay matrix Rs. 144200-218200/-) w.e.f. the date of assumption of the charge of the post by them and until further orders:

6. The promotion/postings of officers who are on deputation/study leave shall be effective on their reporting back for duty in the cadre. Promotion in respect of Ms. A.S. Bindhu is subject to the outcome of OA No. 180/00445/2018, pending before Hon’ble CAT, Ernakulam Bench.
7. The compliance reports regarding relieving/joining of the above officers shall be forwarded by the Pr. CCIT (CCA) concerned to the Board and Data Base Cell, CBDT by 20.12.2019. All the relieving and joining should mandatorily be done by the officer concerned and approved by the concerned Pr. CCIT(CCA) on-line on www.irsofficersonline.gov.in.
