In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (iv) of clause (23C) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in its Notification No. 5884 (F. No. 197/153/82-IT (AI), dated 28-6-1984.
This notification contains corrigendum to Income-tax Act carried out on 17th September, 1984 not reproduced here as it is already contained in the body of the act itself.
