It is hereby notified for general information that the approval granted to the Madras Institute of Technology, Madras, under section 35(1)(ii) of the Income-tax Act, 1961, vide Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 2065 (F. No. 203/128/77/ITA. II), dated 7-12-1977 is hereby withdrawn with effect from 10-2-1984.
