In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (via) of sub-section (1) of section 80L of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby approves the Industrial Development Bank of India established under the Industrial Development Bank of India Act, 1964 (18 of 1964), for the purposes of the said clause.
2. This notification shall come into force on the 2nd day of April, 1984.
