2. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the following proposals:
(i) Empanelment of the following officers for promotion to the grade of Commissioner of Income Tax (CIT) in the Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) in Level 14 of the Pay Matrix (Rs.144200-218200/-) for the panel years 2017-18 and 2018, w.e.f. the date of assumption of the charge of the post and until further orders (subject to outcome of OA No.180/00445/2018 pending before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Ernakulam Bench in respect of Ms. A.S. Bindhu for the panel year 2017-18):
