Income up to Rs 1.6 lakh – nil
Income above Rs 1.6 lakh and up to Rs 5 lakh – 10 per cent
Income above Rs 5 lakh and up to Rs 8 lakh – 20 per cent
Income above Rs 8 lakh – 30 per cent.
So If and Individual or HUF having an Income of 8 Lakh or more will have saving of 50000/- in taxes.

Its so good for CA’s to have site like this but there is a problem facing by viewers when they are going to see the back dated archives. Like its not possible to view the post as on 15th january 2010. kindly send me any solutions if possible
