Form 16A from TIN
- As per Income Tax Department (ITD) circular no. 03/2011 dated May 13, 2011 Companies and Banks are required to issue Form 16A from TIN to their deductees for deductions made from April 1, 2011 (F.Y. 2011-12).
- Form 16A is available to registered TANs at TIN.
- Form 16A is available from F.Y. 2010-11.
- Form 16A can be requested from TIN by all category of deductors (example; Individual, Firm, HUF, Company, Government, etc.)
Sir I want to know whether it is mandatory to put TDS Certificate no for filling income tax return or not. If I am not giving that there will be any problem for refund of money or not?

Pls confirm the following :-
In case we download the Form 16A after the due date of issue of Form 16A, then will we liable to pay the penalty for the late issue of the TDS certificate @ Rs. 100 per day till the date of actual issue of Form 16A…..???????
