In view of the detailed order passed at Principal Seat,
Jodhpur in bunch of writ petitions led by D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5678/2022 (Shree Basant Bhandar Int Udyog Vs. Union of India & Ors.), reserving the right of the respondents to move for vacation of ad interim stay, if so advised; it is hereby directed that the proposed recovery of GST on royalty shall remain stayed qua the petitioners. However, the respondents shall be at liberty to continue with the proceedings which have been initiated under the impugned notices.
