Hasmukh Adhia designated as Finance Secretary

Ministry of Finance has announced on its twitter handle on 06th October that  Shri Hasmukh Adhia, IAS (GJ:1981), Secretary, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance has been designated as the Finance Secretary.

The vacancy was caused following the superannuation of Ashok Lavasa last month

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved designating Adhia as the Finance Secretary, the order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training said.
