Hello readers, we all are fond of changes that took place in the near past under DVAT Act consequently nearly everything goes online including registration process; which was much simpler earlier when conducted manually , atleast in my opinion.
“But wo kehte hai na Chaliti ka naam Zindagi” so I learn online process too with some ambiguity.
Now I bring an easy and step by step illustrative approach for new Professionals and existing ones like me.
STEP 1 – First of all visit website of DVAT Department using following URL.
http://dvat.gov.in/website/home.html
Then go to New Registration Segment. 
STEP2 – Fill this form very carefully which you will get after you click on NEW REGISTRATION.
Whose Moto is to get the information of Proprietor/Partner/Authorised Signatory
For their respective PAN verification by the department.
After submitting this form you will receive first confirmation mail from Helpdesk DVAT.
STEP 3 – Now your PAN verification may took 1-4 days and after which you will receive second confirmation mail from Help desk DVAT.
STEP 4 – Again visit site using first URL and go to Dealer login segment.
Use Reference no as User ID and Mobile No as password that you have received in second confirmation in Step 3.
Now it require you to change your existing password (which was your mobile number) to new password.
STEP 5 – Then you need to start fill registration form ; for which go to Part A of DVAT 4 Segment and fill and save it wisely.
Similar process shall be done for Part B ,Part C & Part D.
STEP 6 – Go to CST —- segment and fill Form —- only if you want to register your dealer for CST also.
STEP 7 – Upload the scanned requisite documents in PDF Format.
STEP 8 – Now it is the time for you to make payment of Court Fee either through online mode or offline mode.
Rs.1000 for VAT REGISTRATION
Rs.1000 + Rs.25 for VAT + CST REGISTRATION
If you choose to make payment through online mode then you can see your payment record here only but it may take 1-2 days and until it reflect here as paid ,further process is not possible.
STEP 9 – Go to submit section and submit it.
STEP 10 – Take print out.

Hello sir, I got TIN no. After submitting the fee but by mistake I did not register for CST
It is possible to reguster it after getting the TIN number?? Please help

I recently registered my company PAN for Vat+Cst registration.
I received a confirmation email and got my userid and password. I did that, i login inside and later was asked to change the password (first time login), i typed in my new passwords, but i am confused with the existing approval password – tried everything my current password through i logined, pan card no etc, but it always gave me an error- lbluserId.innerText is undefined
Please help, what is the existing approval password. I have not received anything on my mobile or email id.

Ours is Partnership firm and we are into buisness of Renting of Machines to
various industries.
Its a purly service firm and does not do trading. We are not registered with Sales Tax and on purchase by paying full tax.
We are registerd with Service Tax and are paying our Service tax .
Weare buying some machines from Toyota Gurgaon.
Please how can we comply with DVAT and get DS-2 Form.

You mean to say it’s just a form which needs to be filled online in 2 parts (Pre & Post Verification) and the applicant gets the DVAT Registration Number?
And you are asking for 5k for that?

Your tips were really helpful, i followed all the procedures but i have stuck now
first issue is when ever i press submit button i get weird error message such as 126983933, 126989890, 126990618.
Second issue is regarding Dealer Surety Form 12 how to Submit/File this form or is it not required to submit now please suggest

Viraj Ji – After PAn Verification, your registered mobile number will become your password which needs to be changed after first login. Password reset is not working properly, if you got any update on that please share

Yes you will get TIN after submitting DVAT 04 but you will not be able to use that TIN for CST sales or purchase purposes
