G.S.R 560(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (i) and (ii) of section 133 of the Finance Act, 2002 (20 of 2002), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th day of August, 2003, as the date on which the insertion and omission as respectively specified in the said clauses shall take effect.
