Notification No. 58/2003-Central Excise ( N.T.)

G.S.R 560(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (i) and (ii) of section 133 of the Finance Act, 2002 (20 of 2002), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15^th day of August, 2003, as the date on which the insertion and omission as respectively specified in the said clauses shall take effect.
