Subject:- Amendment in Area / Region of operation of Pre-Shipment Inspection Agencies appearing in Appendix- 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niyat Forms of FTP 2015-20.
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20, Director General of Foreign Trade, hereby amends the Appendix-2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Form of FTP 2015-20 amending the Area / Region of Operation of the following PSIAs:

2. All the PSIA listed in Appendix 2G are allowed time upto 31.07.2015 to submit Bank Guarantee as prescribed in Public Notice 21 dated 23.06.2015 read with Public Notice No. 19 dated 05.06.2015.
3. Effects of this public notice:
(i) Area / Region of Operation of PSIAs in Appendix-2G as listed above has been amended. Area of operation of the remaining PSIAs in Appendix 2G would remain unchanged.
(ii) All the Pre-Shipment Agencies listed in Appendix 2G are allowed time upto 31.07.2015 to submit Bank Guarantee as prescribed in Public Notice No.21 dated 23.06.2015 read with Public Notice No.19 dated 05.06.2015.
