In exercise of powers conferred under Paragraph 2.4 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 and Paragraph 1.1 of the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendments in the “Schedule of DEPB Rates” with immediate effect.
1. Product Group: Miscellaneous Products Product Group Code: 90
Export of Basmati Rice shall not be entitled for DEPB benefits under Sl. No. 22C and 22D of the Miscellaneous Product.
This issues in the public interest.
