NOTIFICATION No. 52 (RE-2008)/2004-2009

New Delhi, Dated the 30^th October 2008

S.O (E) – In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Foreign Trade Policy:

1. In Para 3.8.2 of FTP RE2006, the words ‘Chapter 4 of this Policy for import of Agriculture Inputs’ are replaced by ‘Chapter 4 of FTP for import of Inputs’.
2. In Para 3.8.2 of FTP RE2007 and FTP RE2008, the words ‘Chapter 4 of FTP for import of Agriculture Inputs’ are replaced by ‘Chapter 4 of FTP for import of Inputs’.

This shall apply on export made w.e.f 1.4.2006.

This issues in Public Interest.
