Subject : Import policy of worn clothing and other worn articles.
S.O. (E) In exercise of powers conferred under section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2009-14, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule –1 of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items.
2. After amendment the following entry would read as under:-

3. The Import Licensing Note No. (1) at the end of Chapter 63 stands deleted.
4. This issues in public interest.
